Fees
For an accepted ACC claim:
We do not charge any co-payment or surcharge.
If your injury is covered by ACC there is no additional surcharge that you will need to pay. All our treatment costs, including materials, are fully covered by ACC.
Visitors to NZ: All visitors to New Zealand are covered by ACC if you have an accident during your stay.
Private visits:
Initial Consultation $120
Follow-up Visit $70 per visit
Plus charges for any materials and/or splinting costs. The hand therapist will advise you of these during the appointment.
Payment can be made with cash or online banking. Please note that we do not have eftpos or credit card facilities available.
If you have private health insurance you will need to pay the invoice privately and seek reimbursement from your insurer (whether treatment is covered will be dependent on your policy type).
Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may incur a fee for non-attendance.
